The 5-Step Process
From reserving your shipment to receiving your vehicle, here's what to expect.
Step 1 - Reserve Your Spot
Secure your place in the next consolidated shipment with a reservation fee. Your reservation guarantees space in the shipment but does not commit you to purchasing a vehicle.
Step 2 - Shipment Confirmed
When the minimum shipment size has been reached, we'll notify all reservation holders that the shipment is proceeding.
At this point, you'll submit your purchase deposit so we can begin sourcing vehicles specifically for this shipment.
Step 3 - Choose Your Vehicle
Tell us exactly what you're looking for, whether it's a kei truck, van, mini dump truck, or another Japanese utility vehicle.
We'll source matching vehicles through our trusted Japanese export partner and provide photos, specifications, and pricing for your approval before any purchase is made.
Step 4 - Export & Import
Once you've approved your vehicle, we coordinate every step of the import process.
This includes inspection, export documentation, ocean shipping, customs clearance, and import into Canada, so you don't have to manage multiple companies or paperwork.
Step 5 - Pickup or Delivery
When your vehicle arrives in Canada, we'll let you know it's ready.
You can either collect it yourself or arrange delivery to your location, depending on your preference. Your Japanese utility vehicle is now ready to go to work.
